On 30 August 2018, Various Schools from Gurugram participated in an INTER SCHOOL Competition- (FLORA AND FAUNA) 2018 organized by Euro International School Sector-45, Gurugram. Little camps of Euro International School sector-109 participated in rhyme, coloring, ramp walk, fancy dress and singing categories, exhibiting excellent performances. They were awarded with a Trophy and Certificate. Our Little Champs • Sukriti won 1st prize in ramp walk, • Ruchi won 2nd prize in Colouring Competition • Arshdeep Singh won 3rd prize in Rhyme Competition • Rehansh won 3rd prize in Singing Competition. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.
On 25th October 2018, Various Schools from Gurugram participated in an INTER SCHOOL COMPETITION 2018 organized by Bal Bhanwan Sector-4, Gurugram. Students of Euro International School sector-109 participated in solo song & diya & candle decoration categories. Our students displayed their creativity by decorating the earthen lamps & candles. The results of the competition were announced by the respected judges. Our Champ Mohit Sangwan won 2nd prize in diya & candle decoration Competition.
Euro International School sector-109 celebrated its 1st Annual Day on Saturday , 22nd December , 2018 amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. Mr. Yashpal Yadav, MCG Commissioner was the Hon’ble Chief Guest on the occasion. Other dignitaries present were Mr. SatyaVir Yadav-Chairman, Ms Swati Yadav- director, Ms Reena Sharma- director, Principal of EIS group, Press, Parents and students. The programme based on the theme “SANSKAR” comprised the Welcome Dance. The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial lamp. Our principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava , shared the School’s Annual report. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The ebullient students of the school presented a message oriented ‘Naukkad natak’ followed by a Group Song, dance performance , English act, mime and many more. Then the grand finale was performed by all students of EIS-109. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
The celebration of Diwali, ‘The festival of lights' came alive at Euro international School sector-109, on 2nd November 2018. A special assembly was conducted. During the assembly, the children pledged to forgo the bursting of crackers. Students talked about the significance of the festival. A captivating dance performance was the bonus bonanza of the day. Little toddlers enjoyed the film “HOME COMING OF RAM” and at the same time they taught, why not to use crackers through PowerPoint presentation. The celebration was appreciated and enjoyed by all. The School Principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava and Primary In-Charges wished all the students a very happy, prosperous and safe Diwali without crackers.
Indiannica Learning Private Limited organized the Know For Sure Quiz in association with Euro International School, sector-109, on 27th November, 2018. Inter- school quiz from class 6th to 8th were conducted live by quizmaster, Mr. Ajay Poonia. Out of 42 teams, 6 teams were short listed based on the written test and they faced each other at an exciting and interactive live quiz contest. Each team had two students.The winning team was St. Crispins School, first runners-up were Euro international school, sector-10 and second runners-up were Euro International School, sector-109. The event concluded with the National Anthem. Aditiya rohilla and slok from Euro international school, sec-109 won 3rd prize in quiz.
Euro International School Sector-109 organized a workshop on “Good touch and Bad touch” on 2nd of November 2018. All students from Montessori class and primary class actively participated where they were taught about their “Safe zones” with the help of numerous videos and pictures. The students learnt how to differentiate and identify “bad touch” or other “uncomfortable behavior” from others. At the end of the session each child had to answer a questionnaire to review their understanding.
Inter House Chess competition among Euro groups of schools was held on 28TH November 2018 at Euro International School, sector-109. Children adhered to the proper rules and regulations. The winning participants made their school proud. Euro international school, sector-109 stood 2nd in the competition. Aditiya Rohilla from class 8th bagged the first position with 10 points. The participants showed great enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed playing Chess.
The "Academic presentation" of 'class- 2nd' and 'class- 3rd' was held today at Euro International School, Sector- 109. The presentation started with the prayer. The students shared their knowledge and views on different topics of various subjects. They spoke about Plants & Trees, importance of Time, explained parts of Computer etc. The idea behind this academic presentation was that parents should be acquainted with the matters which students have learned throughout their session. The presentation concluded with enchanting dance performance by children.
