Celebrating festivals in Euro International Group of Schools have become an integral part of learning and building a strong cultural belief in a childrens. Keeping its values intact, Today in Euro International School Sector-109, students celebrate baisakhi festival. Celebration of baisakhi festival bring happiness and love among the students. The festival is conducted with great enthusiasm and the students are encouraged to embrace different cultures.
SUMMER CAMP 2018 - DAY 3 Day 3 was filled with lots of fun at Euro International School sector-109! Children started the day with Organic Farming. Getting children involved in farming & Home Gardening projects can help them to connect with nature while exposing them to fresh air. Best out of waste activity was organized where students participated with great enthusiasm. Children also participated in Outdoor activities where they enjoyed a lot. #THINKBIG
A Solo Dance Competition for class 1st to 8th was held on 10th of August 2018 at Euro International School sector-109. The competition started with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students dressed up in colourful costumes and even made use of interesting props like hats, earthen pots and sticks. The happiness of the children was amply evident with applause and appreciation. Our honorable Principal Mrs. Priya Shrivastava, congratulated the winners and appreciated the performance of the children and also encouraged them to participate more in such competitions to enhance their talents.
“Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna” Janmashtami festival was celebrated with great zeal and pomp by the Montessori wing of Euro International School sector-109. Children came dressed in, as Krishna and Radha. The involvement of the children in the celebrations at such a tender age was worth applauding. Children celebrated the occasion by singing and dancing with great enthusiasm.
2 October 2018-19 Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in Montessori wing of Euro International School sector-109. The assembly for the Montessori wing began with a special tribute to Gandhi ji. Kids spoke on Gandhi ji and they even drew and colored symbols associated with him. Class MIII made the spinning wheel/ charkha & Gandhi ji in their activity sheets and the day closed with the Gandhi ji’s last words “HEY RAM” resonating in the air.
Inter House Chess competition among Euro groups of schools was held on 28TH November 2018 at Euro International School, sector-109. Children adhered to the proper rules and regulations. The winning participants made their school proud. Euro international school, sector-109 stood 2nd in the competition. Aditiya Rohilla from class 8th bagged the first position with 10 points. The participants showed great enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed playing Chess.
"Activity on Table Manners' was organised today at Euro International School, Sector- 109. Table manners are etiquette used while eating, which may also include the appropriate use of utensils, cutleries. No matter where we are - at home, work or with friends- practicing good manners is vital. Manners are something used every day to make a good impression on others and to feel good about one self. Inculcating such etiquette's from an early age will do world of good for children. Different cultures practice varied rules for table manners. Children took part in this activity with great enthusiasm and enjoyed it immensely.
Euro international School sector-109, in a bid to promote green Diwali and reduce the use of fire-crackers organized a special assembly. Students started the assembly with the morning Prayer. Group Dance, Speeches, News, Thought of the day & Poem was well presented by the students. The performances given by the students was liked and applauded by all. The School Principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava appreciated this endeavour of the students and encouraged them to celebrate every festival with the same spirit and enthusiasm. She taught students how this pious festival can be celebrated in other way than by just burning crackers and polluting the environment. At the end, the children pledged to forgo the bursting of crackers. Students of Euro International School sector-109 had a fantastic day celebrating Diwali.
"Basant Panchmi" is an occasion which marks the advent of the 'Spring Season' and is also celebrated to worship 'Saraswati', the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. This day was celebrated at 'Euro International School, Sector- 109', with great fervour and enthusiasm. The children of Montessori wing came dressed in yellow coloured clothes, offered yellow coloured flowers to the Goddess and also brought yellow coloured food in their tiffin's. The students assembled together to pray and attain blessings from "Goddess Saraswati" to reach the epitome of knowledge. The Pooja started with a beautiful 'Saraswati Vandana' and after that Prasad was distributed among the children. The children enjoyed the day alot.
