A school is place of learning for a child. It is a training ground for him. Here he forms new associates, comes in contact with different children of different temperaments and forms new ideas and habits. It is here that he prepares himself for the stage of life. SUMMER CAMP 2018 - DAY 2 We had an exciting and active second day of camp! AT Euro International School Sector -109, Children started the day with Story Telling activity that encourage active participation of children & increase verbal proficiency. English Calligraphy activity was organized to improve students writing skills and then it was time to dance. ZUMBA CLASS offer children an opportunity to learn new dance forms and develop self-esteem. The Children thoroughly enjoyed themselves by tapping their feet on the music.
SUMMER CAMP 2018 - DAY 4 The day was about the art of self-defence and skills. Today in Euro International School Sector-109, students participated in Taekwondo activity. The children learns the importance of self defence. Some children learn better through reading, others learn better through doing - which brings us to the Abacus activity & Reading newspaper. students learned the correct way of speaking, pronunciation & numeracy.
SUMMER CAMP 2018 - DAY 5 Today little ones got the ultimate chance to explore new skills. A activity “LITTLE CHEF” was organized for the childrens of Euro International School Sector-109. The li’l chefs used vegetables to make 'BRUSCHETTA' & discover that cooking can be great fun. Kids turn into junior scientists while performing 'Water Filtration and Air has Weight' Experiment during "Science & Space " activity. Kids loved doing the experiments. Tattoo making activity has been done in School. Kids enthusiastically and gaily participated in this activity.
Clay is a great activity for kids imaginations. “Fun With molding Clay” activity was held in Euro International School sector-109 on 4th May 2018. This activity gives children many opportunities to be creative and helps kids develop social skills as they sit together sharing clay. All the students enjoyed the activity.
Assemblies are significant feature of School’s routine. To mark the relevance and importance of Mother’s Day, Special assembly was held on 16th of May 2018 in Euro International School sector-109 by the students of class 1st to 8th. Students started the assembly with the morning prayer. Group Dance, Speeches, News, Thought of the day & Poem was well presented by the students. The performances given by the students was liked and applauded by all. #THINKBIG
SUMMER CAMP 2018 - DAY 6 The day was all about thrilling games & personal development. AT Euro International School Sector -109, a PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT class was taken by Ms. Sweta Singh. Workshop fosters positivity, self-confidence & develops inner resilience. Then English Calligraphy activity was organized to improve students writing skills. Kids love playing with recreational parachutes game. Motive of parachutes game is to teach children the importance of teamwork. The Children thoroughly enjoyed & They loved it! #THINKBIG
Euro international School sector-109, in a bid to promote green Diwali and reduce the use of fire-crackers organized a special assembly. Students started the assembly with the morning Prayer. Group Dance, Speeches, News, Thought of the day & Poem was well presented by the students. The performances given by the students was liked and applauded by all. The School Principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava appreciated this endeavour of the students and encouraged them to celebrate every festival with the same spirit and enthusiasm. She taught students how this pious festival can be celebrated in other way than by just burning crackers and polluting the environment. At the end, the children pledged to forgo the bursting of crackers. Students of Euro International School sector-109 had a fantastic day celebrating Diwali.
"Black and White Colour Day" was celebrated in 'Euro International School' Sector- 109, Montessori section on Friday, 1st February 2019.Students were dressed in black and white attire. They were shown different black and white objects such as white paper, black pen, black & white coloured toys etc.They were asked to name few black and white objects that they see in their environment and surroundings. They listened to rhymes related to the colours of black and white. Also, to enhance their speaking skills, learners had the show activity where they spoke about objects and pictures related to the colours. It was indeed a fun- filled learning day!
