Assemblies are significant feature of School’s routine. To mark the relevance and importance of Mother’s Day, Special assembly was held on 16th of May 2018 in Euro International School sector-109 by the students of class 1st to 8th. Students started the assembly with the morning prayer. Group Dance, Speeches, News, Thought of the day & Poem was well presented by the students. The performances given by the students was liked and applauded by all. #THINKBIG
“Words make you think. A song makes you feel a thought. Owning this in mind, a Solo Singing competition was held at Euro international school sector-109. Students of Grade IV to VIII participated in the same and put forth their enthralling performance. The theme of the songs was devotional and patriotic. All the young maestros made the whole atmosphere melodious.
A Solo Dance Competition for class 1st to 8th was held on 10th of August 2018 at Euro International School sector-109. The competition started with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students dressed up in colourful costumes and even made use of interesting props like hats, earthen pots and sticks. The happiness of the children was amply evident with applause and appreciation. Our honorable Principal Mrs. Priya Shrivastava, congratulated the winners and appreciated the performance of the children and also encouraged them to participate more in such competitions to enhance their talents.
On 30 August 2018, Various Schools from Gurugram participated in an INTER SCHOOL Competition- (FLORA AND FAUNA) 2018 organized by Euro International School Sector-45, Gurugram. Little camps of Euro International School sector-109 participated in rhyme, coloring, ramp walk, fancy dress and singing categories, exhibiting excellent performances. They were awarded with a Trophy and Certificate. Our Little Champs • Sukriti won 1st prize in ramp walk, • Ruchi won 2nd prize in Colouring Competition • Arshdeep Singh won 3rd prize in Rhyme Competition • Rehansh won 3rd prize in Singing Competition. Dussehra, the festival to celebrate the victory of good over evil. On 11th October, 2018, Students of Euro International School Sec-109 celebrated Dussehra with religious zeal. The students came in traditional attires. A special assembly was held wherein the story of Ramayana was depicted through musical presentation. This was followed by a special performance by the students of primary wing and senior wing. Later, Montessori kids assembled in the playground for the symbolic burning of the effigy of Ravana. Little toddlers enjoyed the film “RAMAYANA”. The celebration was appreciated and enjoyed by all.
The celebration of Diwali, ‘The festival of lights' came alive at Euro international School sector-109, on 2nd November 2018. A special assembly was conducted. During the assembly, the children pledged to forgo the bursting of crackers. Students talked about the significance of the festival. A captivating dance performance was the bonus bonanza of the day. Little toddlers enjoyed the film “HOME COMING OF RAM” and at the same time they taught, why not to use crackers through PowerPoint presentation. The celebration was appreciated and enjoyed by all. The School Principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava and Primary In-Charges wished all the students a very happy, prosperous and safe Diwali without crackers.
Euro International School sector-109 celebrated its 1st Annual Day on Saturday , 22nd December , 2018 amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. Mr. Yashpal Yadav, MCG Commissioner was the Hon’ble Chief Guest on the occasion. Other dignitaries present were Mr. SatyaVir Yadav-Chairman, Ms Swati Yadav- director, Ms Reena Sharma- director, Principal of EIS group, Press, Parents and students. The programme based on the theme “SANSKAR” comprised the Welcome Dance. The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial lamp. Our principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava , shared the School’s Annual report. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The ebullient students of the school presented a message oriented ‘Naukkad natak’ followed by a Group Song, dance performance , English act, mime and many more. Then the grand finale was performed by all students of EIS-109. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
The "Academic presentation" of 'class- 2nd' and 'class- 3rd' was held today at Euro International School, Sector- 109. The presentation started with the prayer. The students shared their knowledge and views on different topics of various subjects. They spoke about Plants & Trees, importance of Time, explained parts of Computer etc. The idea behind this academic presentation was that parents should be acquainted with the matters which students have learned throughout their session. The presentation concluded with enchanting dance performance by children.
