On the theme of World Environment Day, a Poster Making Competition was organized in Euro International School sector-109 on 5th May 2018. The main objective of competition was to engross the hidden talent of the students. Children had fun & made the day memorable.
“Words make you think. A song makes you feel a thought. Owning this in mind, a Solo Singing competition was held at Euro international school sector-109. Students of Grade IV to VIII participated in the same and put forth their enthralling performance. The theme of the songs was devotional and patriotic. All the young maestros made the whole atmosphere melodious.
"26th January" is a gala day for every Indian.On 26th January 1950, the Constitution of India came into force and our country, India became the Republic.We celebrate this day as a festival every year. "Republic Day" was celebrated with pomp and show at Euro International school, Sector-109. A 'special assembly' was organised to make the students aware about the importance of this day. The theme of the assembly was ''patriotism".Assembly began with the chanting of 'Gayatri Mantra'. The school echoed with patriotic fervour as the students danced to the tunes of patriotism, sang patriotic songs and even wore tri-coloured clothes to mark the occasion.A skit based on the theme 'Fundamental Rights' was played by the students. The program concluded with the" National Anthem".
The morning assembly is held on a daily basis in the school and forms an integral part of the School curriculum. Various activities in the morning assembly include Prayer, Thoughts, PT drill, News etc. Our Morning Assemblies are theme based and today's theme was "Good Manners". Teachers explained students about good manners and how to inculcate them in their daily routine.In any good school, morning assemblies are a must thing to begin the day with. All students assemble at the assembly hall or ground and begin the day with a prayer. It simply strengthen the way a school works. It is conducted with a complete and active participation of students and the teachers.
Today in Euro International School Sector-109, students celebrated Earth Day. It was a great day to showcase environmental education. Toddlers of the International School, sector-109 were involved in different activities depicting Earth Day in their scrap books. The Best of Waste competition was conducted on the themes "Avoid use of Plastic". Planting trees connects children with nature & shows them that their hard work makes a difference in the world. The tiny toddlers enjoyed the day a lot. #THINKBIG
On 3rd November 2018, Students of Euro international School sector-109 celebrated the festival of Diwali by organizing competition based on the theme of Diwali. The children took part in Rangoli making, Diya and Thali decoration. The whole display was overwhelming. The celebration was appreciated and enjoyed by all. The competition concluded with Principal Ma'am giving away the message of a clean, peaceful and a bright Diwali.
Euro International School sector-109 celebrated its 1st Annual Day on Saturday , 22nd December , 2018 amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. Mr. Yashpal Yadav, MCG Commissioner was the Hon’ble Chief Guest on the occasion. Other dignitaries present were Mr. SatyaVir Yadav-Chairman, Ms Swati Yadav- director, Ms Reena Sharma- director, Principal of EIS group, Press, Parents and students. The programme based on the theme “SANSKAR” comprised the Welcome Dance. The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial lamp. Our principal, Dr. Priya Shrivastava , shared the School’s Annual report. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The ebullient students of the school presented a message oriented ‘Naukkad natak’ followed by a Group Song, dance performance , English act, mime and many more. Then the grand finale was performed by all students of EIS-109. The programme culminated with the National Anthem.
